Key Responsibilities:Design Expert ise: Apply advanced knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout to create visually stunning and effective designs for various medi ums.

Branding and Guidelines : Lead in the development and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design assets and mater

Timely Del ivery: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality designs within tight time deadlines.

Quality C ontrol: Conduct rigorous quality checks on all design deliverables, maintaining an eagle-eyed focus on precision, consistency, and adherence to brand sta ndards.

Collab oration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual so lutions.

In novation: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to t he table.

Must haveCandidate should have team handling experience.Should be open to working in

Mid shift from12pm onwards, shift may get extended .Should be ha nds on in logos, brand guidelines and social media.Shou ld perform Quality Checks

for the teamShould be h ands on in producing designs and presentations.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field.Proven experience as a Lead Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing

a range of desi gn projects.Proficiency in design softw are such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop ,

InDesign)

Extensive knowledge and experience in branding, ensuring the application of brand guidelines across diverse platforms.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure.Strong commun ication and present ation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
