About the Role: As the Lead Graphic Designer at MM Nova Tech India Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products. You will lead a team of talented graphic designers, guiding them in creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive creativity, innovation, and excellence in design across all aspects of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning designs.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
  • Utilize UI/UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our products and digital experiences.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative designs for various mediums including digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and more.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our design capabilities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience 6+ years working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity and UI/UX experience
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, with experience in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
