Position Overview:**We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and assist in maintaining the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Accountant in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and timely reporting.**Key Responsibilities:****1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping*** Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.* Record journal entries, prepare ledgers, and manage trial balances.* Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.**2. Reconciliation & Payments*** Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.* Prepare and process payments, ensuring timely clearance of vendor invoices and staff reimbursements.* Assist in TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance.**3. Payroll Support*** Support HR and Chief Accountant in payroll processing.* Maintain payroll records and assist in generating payslips.**4. Reporting & Documentation*** Prepare routine reports for management and audit purposes.* Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.* Assist in audits by providing required financial records.**5. Coordination & Process Improvement*** Work closely with other departments like Administration, HR, and Procurement.* Recommend improvements in accounting processes and efficiency.**Technical Skills & Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; CA/ICWA/CMA (intermediate) is a plus.* Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, PF, PT compliance.* Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.* Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.* High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

**Working Days:** Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,399.52 per month
