Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Zoho CRM to optimize our email marketing funnel, lead generation and capture, as well as our marketing ,social media and content modules. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM strategies and a proven track record in managing and executing CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Implementation: Deploy Zoho CRM across our organization, focusing on email marketing, lead generation, and lead capture strategies.
  • Email Marketing Funnel Optimization: Implement and manage email marketing campaigns within Zoho CRM, ensuring integration and alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead Generation and Capture: Develop and optimize lead generation and capture mechanisms using Zoho CRM’s marketing modules. This includes setting up workflows, web forms, and landing pages.
  • Marketing Modules Management: Configure and maintain Zoho CRM marketing modules to support campaign management, segmentation, and audience targeting.
  • Social Media Integration: Integrate social media channels with Zoho CRM to streamline social media marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
  • Content Module Utilization: Leverage Zoho CRM’s content modules to manage and optimize content marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights, improve campaign effectiveness, and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in CRM operations, specifically with Zoho CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, email marketing strategies, and lead management.
  • Experience in integrating CRM systems with other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Zoho CRM certification is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity of HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
