Job Title : UIPath Developer (3 years of experience)

Job Summary :

We seek a skilled and motivated UIPath Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will understand automation development using the UIPath platform and be passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient automation solutions for business processes.

As a UIPath Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business operations and drive efficiency. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to create customized automation solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • RPA Development : Design and develop automation solutions using UIPath Studio to automate business processes and workflows.
  • Process Mapping & Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify processes that can be automated.
  • Solution Design : Architect automation solutions by analyzing business processes, designing workflow diagrams, and ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
  • Development & Testing : Develop automation workflows using UIPath, integrate with other systems and tools, perform unit testing, and ensure the quality of the automation.
  • Documentation : Create detailed technical documentation for automation workflows, process design, and configurations.
  • Deployment & Maintenance : Deploy RPA solutions into production environments, monitor automation performance, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the performance of RPA solutions and handle error management.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, process owners, and IT departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Interaction : Act as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on the status of automation projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UIPath.
  • UIPath Certification : UIPath Certified RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is preferred.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficient in using UIPath Studio , UIPath Orchestrator , and other UIPath tools.
  • Experience in developing Automation Solutions , including Process Design , Workflows , and Error Handling .
  • Strong knowledge of Programming Languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
  • Experience in integrating with external systems (e.g., APIs, databases, web services).
  • Familiarity with Version Control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and automation best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to automation workflows.
  • Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to deliver high-quality work, focusing on performance, scalability, and error-free automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Advanced UIPath Features : Orchestrator, Citrix automation, UI automation, and exception handling.
  • Knowledge of Other RPA Tools : Experience with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or WorkFusion is a plus.
  • Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud for deploying RPA solutions.
  • Database Skills : Experience working with SQL and databases for automation workflows involving data retrieval and updates.
  • Project Management Skills : Exposure to Agile project management methodologies, including Sprint planning and execution.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
