Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Automate Developer with experience in UI Path to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and will play a key role in migrating existing automation workflows from UI Path to Power Automate.


Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation:

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Create and manage connectors, triggers, and actions for seamless integration across platforms.

Migration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing UI Path RPA solutions.
  • Plan and execute the migration of workflows from UI Path to Power Automate.

Optimization:

  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of automation workflows.
  • Implement error-handling mechanisms and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for all automation solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in automation development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience in UI Path, including workflow design and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of RPA concepts and automation best practices.
  • Proficiency in integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve issues in workflows.
  • Experience with API integrations, scripting, and customizing workflows.
  • Knowledge of migrating RPA solutions from UI Path to Power Automate is highly desirable.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or UI Path.
  • Familiarity with other RPA tools and technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
