Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resource (HR) Manager. The HR Manager will handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Responsibilities also include developing and enforcing HR strategies that are aligned with the company's goals. The role involves managing employee benefit programs, ensuring legal compliance, and addressing performance issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and employee relations skills
  • Experience in performance management and policy implementation
  • Strong knowledge of HR legal compliance and benefit program management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee grievances
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
