We're Hiring: Blue Collar Recruiter / Field Recruiter – Shippin (Cognikraft Group)

We're looking for a passionate, street-smart recruiter to join our dynamic Shippin team in Kolkata. In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing and onboarding delivery executives through both field recruitment and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Hiring bulk Riders From the Field.


• Source, screen, and onboard delivery executives


• Execute BTL activities: pamphlet distribution, field visits, and community outreach


• Post jobs and manage leads on platforms like Apna, WorkIndia, Quikr, OLX, etc.


• Leverage referrals from existing delivery riders


• Maintain hiring records and ensure timely documentation

Experience:


• 6 months – 2 years in blue-collar or field recruitment

Skills & Knowledge:


• Familiarity with BTL hiring strategies


• Hands-on experience with digital job portals


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Basic knowledge of recruitment process & documentation
