Test Manager, Automation (Playwright/Selenium)Experience Required: 12+ yearsLocation: AndheriTeam Size: Manage 18–20 members or greater (8–9 squads)Key Responsibilities• Lead automation testing initiatives for a corporate lending/origination platform.• Manage a mid-sized team of testers while being hands-on with automation.• Collaborate with technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and handle pressure situations effectively.• Deliver test management activities including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.• Drive quality assurance in fast-paced client environments.Must-Have Skills• Strong hands-on automation experience using Playwright with Java/Python (preferred).• Alternatively, Selenium with Java experience is acceptable.• Prior experience as Test Manager with both technical and managerial responsibilities.• Strong people management skills (80% technical + 20% management blend).• Ability to manage client-side technical stakeholders (developers).Nice-to-Have Skills• Development background or coding exposure.• Banking domain (Corporate Lending/Loan Origination).
