Job Summary:The Export Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall growth and success of the company’s export sales and marketing efforts.The position is responsible for developing and executing export strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes.Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.Optimize products listing for maximum exposure and customer engagement.Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and

commercial agreements.Studying the market in the target country or countries.Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts.Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.Should be well verse with preparation of company profile and presentation.Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents.Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.

Requirment Skills:Degree in Marketing, (International) Business, Finance or any other related field.At best, practical experience in a similar position.Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.You will work long and irregular hours.You will work in an office here, but travel regularly.Strictly target oriented.Self-motivated & good team player.
