Job Description:
We are seeking a Associate Vendor Management to join our IT Supply Chain Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with all IT vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement in vendor performance.
Responsibilities:Vendor Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with all IT vendors.Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, issue resolution, and escalations.Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors as necessary.2 Contract Management:Manage all aspects of vendor contracts, including negotiation, renewal, and termination.Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including service level agreements (SLAs) and pricing agreements.Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to review and finalize vendor contracts.3 Performance Monitoring and Improvement:Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through vendor consolidation, renegotiation, or alternative solutions.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address vendor-related issues and drive resolution.4 Risk Management:Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial, operational, and security risks.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.5 Vendor Onboarding and Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and implementation.Manage the offboarding process for vendors, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.Proven experience in vendor management, preferably in the IT industry.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Proficiency in vendor management software/tools is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Flexible work arrangements (if applicable).
