Position : Technical Writer Experience : 2 10 Years (Notice Period: 15 30 Days) Location : Airoli, Mumbai Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days Notice Period Mandatory Skills: Arbortext Editor and Windchill CMS Practitioner to Expert level Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawings and specifications Preferred Domain Experience: Construction , Agriculture , Mining , Forestry , Automotive , or Access Equipment Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Interview Process: Rounds: 1 2 (based on discussion) Customer Round: No (Internal only) Job Description: Proven experience as a Technical Writer / Author in an engineering environment. Create, update, and manage various technical documents including: Service Manuals Installation & Maintenance Manuals Kit Instructions Technical Manuals Gather, verify, and analyze technical data from multiple sources. Review and interpret Engineering Change Notes (ECN) , Top Bills (FAPL) , and Engineering Drawings . Prepare manuscripts and documentation based on technical input analysis. Ensure documents meet company and customer quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. Maintain consistency in style, tone, and formatting across documents. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong technical comprehension and documentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
