Job Title: Tele Sales Agent


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Agent to join our team. As a Tele Sales

Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products over the phone. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service and building customer

relationships.


Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products

● Achieve sales targets by meeting and exceeding monthly quotas

● Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers

● Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information

● Document all customer interactions in our CRM system


Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Tele Sales Agent or similar role

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ( English is must, preference to Kannada

speakers)

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

● Strong sales and negotiation skills

● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

● Experience with CRM software and telephony systems

● High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
