Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Maestro: Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to empower informed decision-making and optimize operational processes.
  • MIS Maven: Develop and maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS) to centralize procurement data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility at every turn.
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and craft dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor procurement activities and performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, and central coordination, preferably within a procurement or supply chain context.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.
