Role Tax Analyst

Adobe's International Tax Department is looking for a Tax Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager in Noida, this is a diverse and varied role to support the International Tax team across its multinational corporate tax modelling, reporting and compliance obligations in a fast-paced and everchanging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collation and preparation of key workpapers, data and information (PBC data) required by external advisors for corporate income tax computations for the EMEA and APAC regions
  • Support the team to ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns by advisors and payment of advance taxes
  • Prepare return to provision entries for filed corporate tax returns, manage tax accounts and related reconciliations of forecast to actual ETRs & provisions
  • Assist with any supplementary tax filings for country by country reporting, notifications and related party forms
  • Assisting with preparation of tax forecasts and quarterly international tax reporting
  • Assist with research for dividend repatriation and withholding tax and manage submission of WHT forms as required in relevant jurisdiction for treaty relief/exemption
  • Work with tax support to set up tax service providers on Adobe's systems, track professional fee accruals and review engagement letters for external compliance services working with finance and procurement from time to time
  • Seek out opportunities to automate and scale using AI for compliance and reporting processes
  • Monitor legislative developments with respect to local and international tax law changes & assist with projects as needed – eg CbyCR, Pillar2, GLOBE and DAC6
  • Work cross functionally with credit, finance & treasury teams to share tax rates, forms, estimated tax cashflows and support the International tax team on ad hoc projects as required

The Candidate

  • Qualified or Semi Qualified CA / ICWA or Post Graduate in Commerce with 2-3 years PQE in Tax Compliances in a MNC,
  • Proficient in Excel & MS office including PowerPoint at minimum; experience in systems such as SAP, S4 Hana, Power Bi, Tableau and OneSource is advantageous
  • Ability to work cross functionally with other teams in a dynamic & high-performance environment and strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude to work on their own initiative & contribute to team priorities to meet tight deadlines
