As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Architect to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about driving Salesforce implementations and leading teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, this role is perfect for you.


Key Responsibilities

·      Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for the maritime industry, ensuring alignment with unique industry needs, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

·      Develop high-level enterprise architecture frameworks that align IT infrastructure with business processes and data, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity in maritime business operations.

·      Present future-focused technical visions to executive stakeholders, demonstrating technical feasibility, business impact, and ROI specific to maritime challenges.

·      Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow) to address specific industry demands.

·      Act as the Salesforce technical subject matter expert (SME) for the maritime field, guiding architectural decisions, integrations, and ensuring platform scalability for global and remote maritime operations.

·      Manage integrations with third-party maritime systems (e.g., logistics, tracking) using APIs, middleware (such as MuleSoft), and custom-built solutions tailored for the industry.

·      Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to capture business requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver successful, maritime-specific Salesforce projects.

·      Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) on Salesforce, to support the Agile needs of the maritime industry.

·      Manage Salesforce data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices, including those related to maritime data security and international regulatory standards.

·      Stay current with Salesforce's evolving capabilities, proactively identifying ways to leverage new features to optimize maritime business processes, streamline operations, and improve the customer experience.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·      6-7  years of hands-on Salesforce development and 2 years of Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life cycle enterprise CRM experience.

·      Experience in a customer-facing role with an ability to capture requirements and demonstrate value

·      Experience working as a technical/solution/enterprise architect

·      Expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative development tools.

·      Prior experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

·      Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.

·      Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations and API technologies, with experience in REST/SOAP API, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.

·      Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and best practices for large-scale implementations.

·      Knowledge of Salesforce architecture reviews, code review processes, and best practices for quality assurance.

·      Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
