SALES ASSOCIATE, COLLECTION 

WHO YOU ARE:

Success starts with being an entrepreneur – we encourage an innovative workplace to creatively drive your business by being part of a luxury sales team As a Collection Sales Associate, you will grow a client book that focuses onclient experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive selling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Foster client relationships through knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques.

Execute a strategy that prioritizes client experience and delivers exceptional results.

Brainstorm with leaders to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results.

Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.

Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology. 

Build a client book byestablishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement.

Act as a Brand Ambassador and uphold an elevated boutique image.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE: 

1+ years of relevant Luxury Sales experience as a proven leader

An entrepreneur with the ability to drive results; adaptable, problem solver, and strategic.

Well connected with the ability to engage, as a true brand ambassador.

Customer service obsessed; ability to sell with a passion for styling and love for fashion.
