You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks, ensuring product quality across diverse AI-driven projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in automation, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering robust, high-quality solutions.Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.- Drive end-to-end automation to improve coverage, speed, and reliability of releases.- Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation.- Identify gaps in processes and proactively improve CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates.Requirements- 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing.- Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.- Strong experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Nice to Have- Experience with AI/ML product testing or data-heavy applications.- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).Why Join Us?- Be part of an AI-first transformation journey across industries.- Work on cutting-edge AI products and automation frameworks.- Flat hierarchy with ownership-driven culture.- Offices in Mumbai & Bangalore with a collaborative, innovation-first environment.
