Position: Assistant Manager – Academic Recruitment
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (Hybrid: Mon, Thu, Fri )
Compensation: ~10 LPA | Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role Summary
We are seeking a driven Assistant Manager – Academic Recruitment to lead recruitment and engagement of LINC Fellows (academic professionals). The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives to build a high-performing educator network across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead domestic and international recruitment & onboarding of educators (LINC Fellows)
- Conduct manpower planning & create resourcing strategies
- Manage training documentation and onboarding processes
- Support teacher deployment and contracting
- Design and implement regular engagement activities for educators
- Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with business growth
What We're Looking For
- MBA/MA in HR (Tier-I preferred)
- ~5 years' experience in recruitment/employee engagement (education/academia a plus)
- Proficiency in ATS tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
