Position Title Chief Manager – Project Planning Co-Ordinator Position Summary To monitor end to end Project Execution, Row issues, Statutory Approval, Project Governance, AOP, MIS for CEO/MD/Chairman   Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Strategic Alignment : Collaborate with various departments to ensure that project plans are in sync with the organization's strategic objectives and AOP. This involves regular coordination with teams such as engineering, procurement, and operations to align on goals and deliverables. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in. Clear Communication Channels : Establish transparent communication pathways to ensure information flows seamlessly between all teams. Utilize project management software, collaborative platforms, and regular meetings to share updates, expectations, lessons learned, and feedback. Critical Success Factors - Essential Sound knowledge in project management / execution Understanding of AOP /Governance/MIS Good Communication Skill & adaptive nature.
