Mission:

Performed at Bangalore and under the responsibility of Project Manager / COE Director, we are looking for our new Security Assessor.


Brief Description:


We are looking for a security assessor to be a part of our consulting team. You should be able to identify security issues and risks based on smart card personalization security process like PCI CP etc by conducting onsite audits in the smart card production / personalization sites. This position requires travelling to the vendor site premises in and out of India.


A successful candidate should have complete knowledge of networking systems and security frameworks. Your strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be advantageous.


ACTIVITIES

Conducting security audits on the vendor site

Analyzing and identifying security issues and risks

Reviewing all network components are secured through firewalls and password

Reviewing and identifying secure software development activities

Drafting security policies and guidelines

Inspecting hardware to secure vulnerable points of access

Conducting security testing would be an added advantage


JOB EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in the IT and Development industry as a Computer Security Specialist, System Security Engineer, or a similar role

Minimum of 5 years of overall Quality Management experience

Minimum of 5 ISO 9001 audits in the capacity of Lead Auditor

Minimum of 5 ISO 27001 audits in the capacity of Lead Auditor

Complete knowledge of security frameworks, networking systems, and risk management methodologies

Minimum of 2 Smart Card Manufacturing/ Personalization Bureau Auditing experience (Magstripe, Chip Card and Contactless Card) in Physical & Logical Security aspects

Hands on experience on identifying risks in card manufacturing processes and providing mitigation plans

Managing the audit

Planning for the audit

Achieving the audit objectives

Prepare and complete the audit report

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is a must

Other certifications like CISSP and other lead auditor courses would be an added advantage


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Shall have excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Good interpersonal skills to work with customers

Excellent auditing capabilities

Having an eye for detail

Knowledge of various encryption techniques would be preferred

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure

A team player as well as ability to work independently
