Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Sachika Hotels located in Guwahati. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and developing team members. They will also be involved in hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as coordinating with the food and beverage team to maintain quality and consistency. Should be able to work under pressure

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Hiring and Training staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
