Digital Content Creation & Management:

Develop and execute compelling digital content strategies across various platforms, including website, blog, email, and social media.Write, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce engaging multimedia content.Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of materials and alignment with marketing campaigns.Assign tasks to interns who join the communications teamSocial Media Management:

Work closely with the marketing team to align digital content and social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital platforms.Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.2+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or related roles.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
