Role Description
The primary role of Communication Associate will be to support the Development team on the aspect of RNB Global University’s ambition to grow its development with an aim to forge strategic partnership and create sustainable future. The person will be creating a marketing plan with an aim to support the Development team’s objective
and goals. Thus to that purpose the person will create a marketing plan, create various marketing and communication material, track sector trends, and measure the marketing This role will be a good stepping stone for an aspiring marketing/ communication personal in fundraising to develop the fundamentals of the work and build relevant agency.
· Understand and create marketing landscape for Universities in India;
· Landscape research that provides sector understanding to the development team through secondary research and conversations with sector experts
· Research to understand how Universities are functioning, marketing efforts they make at young stage
· Based on landscape research, create marketing plan;
· Define goals for the marketing plan, target audience and timeframe
· Create suitable marketing plan for the goals
· Create implementation plan for 1 year with quarterly and monthly details
· Implement the marketing plan as per the agreed goal and timeline
· Provide support on adhoc work of the fundraising will include but not limited to;
· Build communication materials such as funding products, brochures, and other communication material relevant for the fundraising team
· Work in coordination with multi department towards creating communication and marketing materials
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of basic marketing and communication
● Bachelors or Masters degree in advertising, mass media, marketing and
communication, journalism, etc
● Candidate preferred to have University or development sector exposure from past
experience but not mandatory
