WHAT YOU'LL DOFacilitate Career Development Cycle (CDC) meetings ensuring consistency of how performance is evaluated and collaborated as requiredLead and influence Core staff team members (including those who do not report to you) to support the logistics of CDC meeting including ensuring all relevant data is up to date and accurate (workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews etc)Report on and project Career development (CD) advisor pipeline needs for promotions, new talent etc and ensure we are identifying potential CD AdvisorsReview calibration for all population, ensuring consistency in comments, actionable feedback, fair and corresponding to reality, sustaining calibrated grades (If needed, CD chair engagement in the discussion and advisor regarding questions related to the performance and feedback process)Work with CD team to ensure all aspects of talent review for CDC is completed and correct including tenure reviews, case reviews, dossier preparation etcCoach and educate talent on career tracks and how best to leverage all parts of our EVP from mobility through to L&D programsWill provide L&D feedback out of CDC to ensure we continue to innovate and develop the right unique X L&D to deliver on our talent strategyAct as regional POC for a functional pillar (e.g. L&D, DEI, Compensation, Insights & Reporting)Participation on People-related projects as neededCulture champion, works across region and global teams to support all employee programming designed to build culture and affiliationContributes to employee experience of all Consulting team talent including career developmentActively works with CDA's, Global L&D, Global Line of Business to ensure depth of understanding of employee population being served and works with Regional P&D team to deliver on a wide range of people experiences to drive culture, engagement and people development

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)5+ years experience in professional services environment, preferably in a people functionExperience managing performance of individual employee base and performance processes preferredSome experience in managing employee relationsProven experience people program development and execution preferredBachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience

YOU'LL WORK WITHMDP stakeholders including regional and System-based LTCDC Advisors; Global LOB leadership for employee population you are serving (e.g. Ventures LOB); Regional People & Development LeadershipBCG local HR for all things mobility, ER, CDC policies etc, we are committed to alignment before action for all employee HR needs with local BCG HR (In the office of the impacted employee)
