What you will be doing at Evalueserve We are seeking a seasoned Data Science professional to lead advanced analytics initiatives in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud detection, risk analytics, predictive modeling, and applied AI, with proven experience in managing teams and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Develop and deploy machine learning models for fraud detection, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics in the banking domain, risk scoring, credit modeling, and financial product recommendations. Apply advanced statistical techniques and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems. Work with cross-functional teams to support analytics projects and deliver data driven insights. Hands on experience of Generative AI and NLP techniques to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. What we’re looking for 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data science and 3 years in banking/financial services. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and machine learning frameworks. Hands-on experience with fraud analytics, risk modeling, clustering, and recommendation systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
