Role Description : IT Recruiter
This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Heading The Technical Hiring for developers as well as heaidng the Entire team day to day Operation as head Human Resources Department from Posting new vacancy to Onboarding and their productivity . The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The manager will also be responsible for implementing HR policies, processes, and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in tech hiring Python, React and Next JS, AWS IT and Developer hiring , operations and people management.
Strong People management skill
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP is preferred.
