We’re now scaling fast, and we need an engineer who can weaponize automation to bring in the next wave of enterprise leads.The MissionThis isn’t a “growth hacker” job.This is for someone who can engineer scale: an operator who understands that modern GTM is a data and automation problem, not a marketing one.Your job: build and run the systems that generate, qualify, and convert leads at machine speed.What You’ll Actually DoBuild an AI-augmented GTM stack : integrate HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and LLM-based personalization engines.Automate lead sourcing and enrichment: identify companies by signals (funding, hiring, regulatory changes, compliance deadlines).Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, X) that feel human, not spammy.Engineer feedback loops between marketing, product, and sales data to refine targeting.Deploy LLM agents that generate and test outbound messaging variations at scale.Own the metrics : lead velocity, conversion rates, CAC payback.What You Bring1–4 years in growth engineering, sales ops, or GTM automation.Fluent with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines (Zapier, n8n, Airbyte, or custom Python).Comfortable working with HubSpot / Salesforce / Apollo / Outreach integrations.Some familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or marketing automation using AI.Analytical brain + engineering mindset: you’d rather automate than manually run a campaign.You measure success in pipeline created , not vanity metrics. You live and breathe by MQLs.Why This Role MattersEvery great company has a secret weapon.
