We’re now scaling fast, and we need an engineer who can weaponize automation to bring in the next wave of enterprise leads.The MissionThis isn’t a “growth hacker” job.This is for someone who can engineer scale: an operator who understands that modern GTM is a data and automation problem, not a marketing one.Your job: build and run the systems that generate, qualify, and convert leads at machine speed.What You’ll Actually Do- Build an AI-augmented GTM stack: integrate HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and LLM-based personalization engines.- Automate lead sourcing and enrichment: identify companies by signals (funding, hiring, regulatory changes, compliance deadlines).- Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, X) that feel human, not spammy.- Engineer feedback loops between marketing, product, and sales data to refine targeting.- Deploy LLM agents that generate and test outbound messaging variations at scale.- Own the metrics: lead velocity, conversion rates, CAC payback.What You Bring- 1–4 years in growth engineering, sales ops, or GTM automation.- Fluent with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines (Zapier, n8n, Airbyte, or custom Python).- Comfortable working with HubSpot / Salesforce / Apollo / Outreach integrations.- Some familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or marketing automation using AI.- Analytical brain + engineering mindset: you’d rather automate than manually run a campaign.- You measure success in pipeline created, not vanity metrics. You live and breathe by MQLs.Why This Role MattersEvery great company has a secret weapon.
