About the role : As a Technical Lead at Tiger, you will be pivotal in driving technical innovation, managing complex projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions across data, machine learning, applications, and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and analysts, to transform data into strategic assets that empower our clients. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, Data Scientists and Application Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical strategy for data, machine learning, applications, and insights, aligning it with the product/solution vision and roadmap. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business objectives. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique data analytics needs and ensure the successful implementation of end-to-end technical solutions. End-to-end Project Execution: Lead the entire lifecycle of analytics projects, from defining project goals and scope to data collection, analysis, modelling, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Champion best analytics, data science, and machine learning practices and enforce quality standards across projects. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, machine learning, or a related technical field. Proven experience leading and managing technical teams and analytics projects. Proficiency in data analytics tools, programming languages (e.g., Python, R), and machine learning frameworks. Experience Designing and implementing Microservices based Architectures/ REST APIs (preferably in Python) Familiarity with Client-Side Application development in TS (React, Angular or Vuejs) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
