We're Hiring – Field Executive Officer

Wilson Agri Science is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as
Field Executive Officers
across multiple regions. This is a great opportunity to work directly with farmers, ensure product quality, and contribute to sustainable agricultural practices.

Location:
Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka.

Reports To:
Regional Field Manager

Languages Required:
Telugu, Hindi, English, Kannada (multilingual proficiency preferred)

Role Summary

The Field Executive Officer is responsible for maintaining product quality through regular field visits and direct engagement with farmers. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, promoting sustainable farming practices, and serving as a vital communication bridge between Wilson Agri Science and the farming community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop quality and farming practices
  • Guide farmers on sustainable and efficient agricultural practices
  • Collect and analyze field data, submitting timely reports
  • Support ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve field-related issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
  • 0–1 years of experience in fieldwork or agri-business (freshers welcome)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural areas
  • Knowledge of crop cycles and agricultural quality standards
