Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify & maintain reports using SQL queries and Crystal Reports
  • Support ERP implementation, troubleshooting & user training
  • Liaise with ERP vendors/IT teams for upgrades & customization
  • Maintain ERP documentation, user guides, and logs

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, database management)
  • Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports
  • Good coordination, analytical & problem-solving skills
