will your challenge be:
Create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment at reception.
Ensure smooth administrative support across multiple departments.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and vendors.
Support HR, Administration, and company executives with operational efficiency.
What will you do Day-to-Day:
Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, candidates, and vendors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date visitor logs.
Manage visitor flow and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence.
Handle flight and accommodation bookings for company executives, new joiners, and international colleagues.
Coordinate food and refreshment orders for visitors and new joiners.
Manage stay and rental agreements as required.
Support HR in onboarding activities, assisting with document photocopying and logistics on Day 1.
Assist HR in organizing employee engagement and office events.
Assist company executives with administrative activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
What are we looking for in you:
3–5 years of proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
Fluent in English.

Knowledge of office management tools or travel booking systems.
Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish).
