Responsibilities:

1. Conduct surprise visits at the outlets.

2. Review and verify documentation related to quality control

3. Analyze test results and inspection findings to identify trends

4. Monitor adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and quality management systems

5. Identify and address non-conformities or deviations from quality standards by implementing corrective and preventive actions.

6. Investigate and respond to customer complaints about product quality or safety. 

7. Implement corrective actions to address customer concerns and prevent recurrence.

8. Respond promptly and effectively to quality incidents, food safety emergencies, or product recalls by implementing crisis management protocols.
