Who we are and what do we do

NPST is a fintech company bridging banking and fintech with its technology and payment solutions for the BFSI industry. As a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), we serve banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers. Listed on the NSE Emerge platform in August 2021 with a market cap of ₹2000 Cr (as of Mar 24), NPST is an NPCI-approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payments. We have a strong client base, including 10 banks and 30+ PAPG and merchants.

TimePay, a subsidiary of NPST, is an TimePay is NPCI approved TPAP (Third Party Application Provider) operating UPI payments with a vision of being one of the top five payment applications in India. Our mission is to acquire users across all the demography and empower every Indian with innovative, user-friendly digital payment solutions and banking services.

Payment ecosystem being disruptive, we still have several challenging cases which needs innovation at core to build future of Payments. At TimePay, we believe in solving use cases, build futuristic ecosystem and contribute to India’s digital payment growth story by building disruptive payment process and technology for greater good of our users. TimePay contributes to NPST’s vision of ‘Providing digital technology across financial value chain’ by bringing last mile reach in payment ecosystem.

What will you do

The Manager – Business Strategy will be responsible for managing and executing projects within the strategy team, with a focus on supporting TimePay project. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, secondary research, market analysis, and attention to detail to provide insights that drive business decisions and ensure alignment with NPST's overall growth strategy.

Job responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

- Assist in the development and refinement of business strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.- Evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities, assessing risks, benefits, and alignment with the company’s goals.- Collaborate with senior management to develop short and long-term plans that align with overall company objectives.- Assist in budgeting for strategic initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance the B2C application’s user engagement and market reach.- Creating detailed documents for engagements and partnerships for departmental walkthroughs.- Implement best practices for data collection, project management, and strategic analysis.

Market analysis and Insights

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.- Analyze customer data and market intelligence to uncover insights that support product development, marketing and business strategies.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.- Stay up to date with upcoming industry trends, new market opportunity and UPI ecosystem statistics.- Devise methods for collecting data through surveys, polls, and questionnaires.

What are we looking for:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize business opportunities, assess risks, and align initiatives with company goals.- Strong knowledge of market trends and customer behavior within the fintech ecosystem, particularly around digital payments and B2C applications.- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.- Excellent data analysis and insight generation skills, including the ability to turn market research and customer data into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.- Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- A collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.

Education Qualification – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Total Experience – 7 -10 Years

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech/B2C

Work arrangement – 5 days working from office

Location – Mumbai / Thane (Wagle Estate)
