Position - Threat and Vulnerability Management AnalystLocation - PuneNP - Immediate JoinerRelevant Exp - 1 to 5 yearsInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to descriptionRole & responsibilities- Conduct in-depth reviews of vulnerability scans, penetration test results, threat intelligence reports, and red team findings.- Prioritize remediation efforts and coordinate mitigation activities across internal teams.- Drive the refinement, automation, and continuous enhancement of vulnerability management processes.- Prepare and present regular reports on vulnerability management progress and risk status to leadership.- Ensure timely patching and configuration updates to maintain effective security defenses.- Contribute to the definition and review of security policies, standards, and procedures.- Stay current with the evolving threat landscape and industry best practices; recommend improvements accordingly.- Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and runbooks to support team operations and ISMS compliance.- Collaborate with other security and IT teams to improve operational efficiency and overall security posture.- Leverage AI tools to automate processes and introduce new capabilities in vulnerability management.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Threat and Vulnerability Management.- Proficiency with industry-standard VAPT tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc.).- Experience working with cloud security tools and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Willingness to work flexible or late shifts, as required.- Industry certifications such as CEH, Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
