TheBranch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects ofbranch operations including customer service sales staff managementand compliance.

The successfulcandidate will lead a team of dedicated professionals to achievebranch targets and deliver exceptional service tocustomers.

JobRoles andResponsibilities:

  • Lead andmanage the daytoday operations of the branch ensuring efficientfunctioning and adherence to established processes andprocedures.
  • Drive business growthby achieving sales targets for various banking products andservices including deposits loans insurance mutual funds and otherthirdpartyproducts.
  • Develop and implementstrategic plans to expand the branchs customer base and increasemarket share.
  • Recruit train andmotivate branch staff to deliver superior service and achieveperformancetargets.
  • Conduct regularperformance reviews provide feedback and coaching to staff membersand address any performance issues in a timelymanner.
  • Monitor branchperformance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and takecorrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met orexceeded.
  • Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and internalpolicies.
  • Build and maintainrelationships with customers andstakeholders.

QualificationandCriteria:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance or related field orMasters degreepreferred.
  • Minimum of 610 yearsof experience in retail banking with at least 23 years in amanagerial or leadershiprole.
  • Proven track recordof achieving sales targets and driving business growth in acompetitiveenvironment.
  • Strong leadership andpeople management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Sound knowledge ofbanking products and services including retail lending depositsinvestments andinsurance.
  • Strong commitment toethical conduct integrity and customerconfidentiality.
