Manager - Production

  • Should have handled factory operations processing Food preferably coffee Products

  • Should have exp. in handling a team of more than 10 people doing coffee powder packaging through machines

  • Should be from Coffee Industry with sound knowledge of coffee

Operation of Roaster, Extraction, Evaporation, Aroma Recovery System, Spray dried, Agglomerated & Freeze Dried coffee unit through PLC SCADA and Shift in charge of the plant – Managing and controlling the people in shift for process control.

Responsible for achieving production target per shift by resource planning

Responsible for planning Raw materials as per production plan.

Quality Assurance of Finished products by ensuring FTR approach.

Responsible for monitoring in each stage of quality checks through Process Capability mapping.

Designed as Shift Safety officer, issuing Work permit card for risky jobs such as Work at height, Stea m lines area, HT power supply & Confined space.

Data collection, recording and maintaining of checklists for production.

MIS Report generation and shift wise yield calculation.

Worked as Internal Auditor in FSMS & QMS.

  • Should have handled FSSAI and Food / Coffee QC and Quality Audit

  • Exp. 3 to 5 years
