Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at Beanly. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and contribute to a positive café environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and team management
• Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Promote and sell menu items, including seasonal specials and new offerings
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience
