Activities in Piping Team includes:
Basic Planning and layout creation of Piping for Trucks & Buses
Component layout detail planning in 3D
Bracket Design
Basic bracket analysis in NX
Registration of vehicle DMU
Vehicle level routing (Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Fuel lines, Power steering lines, Vacuum lines, Brake lines etc)
Drawing creation of Piping & brackets
Piping diagrams and Installation Drawings
Engineering release activities
About the Role:
Know-how of Design and Development of piping for conventional as well as electric Trucks & Buses. Hands on experience of vehicle level routing planning and layout creation (Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Fuel lines, Power steering lines, HVAC lines, Brake lines etc). Should have good knowledge of manufacturing methods Sheet metal, Molding. Should have good knowledge of assembly process, system level knows how. Should ensure design process/ design guidelines for piping, material selection. Should participate in DFMEA and other programs to improve the design. Should generate various weight and cost reduction ideas and implement them. DMU creation & Packaging study. Good knowledge of Siemens NX and NX CAE. Experience of Drawing creation of Piping & brackets. Piping diagrams and Installation Drawings. Engineering release activities.
