MANUFACTURING | Senior Manager Internal Communications | india

Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute internal & external communications and branding initiatives for India.
- Support all organization & department initiatives by designing and delivering appropriate communication plans, internal & external.
- Provide executive communication support, including drafting of announcements, talking points and other communications collateral for the leadership team.
- Oversee other communication initiatives as needed.
- Plan and execute internal employee engagement events, leadership townhalls, employee connect sessions, annual events.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering teams to facilitate Employee Engagement events and branding the same externally through various Social Media Platforms.
- Responsible for the design and execution of a short- and long-term branding initiatives that across various channels to promote our brand and position India as an employer of choice.
- Ability to design a content strategy that is in line with the brands philosophy and objectives across social media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and as well as devise strategic material while adhering to the Corporate Branding standards.
- Work with internal resources and external agencies on artwork and design aspects to create impactful content.
- Create and manage an annual communication and branding calendar with regular touchpoints for employees and other internal and external targets.
- Liaise with external PR Agencies to execute promotional events and campaigns at Campus, Job Fairs, Tech Forums etc
- Manage the (Environment, Social, Governance) ESG function working in conjunction with the ESG India lead and the ESG core committee.
Experience and Education Required:
- 15 + years of brand marketing execution experience
- Post graduate degree/diploma in Marketing / Brand Management / Adverting / Mass Communication
Job Specific Experience:
- Extensive track record in developing and delivering complex communication programs, internally and externally.
- Sound experience in successfully managing business topics, employee communication, crisis management and leadership communication.
- Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
- Innovative mindset towards designing and leading real and virtual employee engagement events and initiatives.
