Sales Technology Enablement

This role will driving B2B e-commerce growth, expanding reach, enhancing customer experiences, and ultimately increasing revenue. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce operations and supporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion and operation of the B2B e-commerce platform to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement overall strategy, planning, and execution of the e-commerce business.
  • Set clear goals and objectives and lead cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, commercial, supply chain management (SCM), information technology (IT), customer service (CS), and contact center to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and UI & UX to optimize the e-commerce platform.
  • Act as product manager for the B2B eCommerce portal, ensuring continuous improvement and value-driven feature enhancements based on customer needs and external benchmarks.
  • Drive change management initiatives across direct and indirect stakeholders through effective engagement, training, and materials.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics for the B2B portal, utilizing web analytics to translate customer insights into successful marketing programs and actionable strategies.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processes and sub-processes, from supply chain to sales and fulfilment, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in driving B2B e-commerce growth and revenue generation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or related roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and UI & UX principles.
  • Experience in product management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
  • Proficiency in interpreting web analytics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce processes and best practices, with a focus on driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
