Lead client relationships and project management Experience in Design/ Digital Agency is a MUST. Key Responsibilities Client Management ·        Act as primary point of contact for clients ·        Build and maintain strong client relationships ·        Guide clients on branding, marketing, and strategic decisions ·        Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling ·        Ensure client satisfaction and retention Project Management ·        Lead projects from kickoff to delivery ·        Create and manage project timelines and budgets ·        Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media) ·        Ensure quality control of all deliverables ·        Monitor resource allocation and team productivity Business Development ·        Participate in client presentations and pitches ·        Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts ·        Contribute to agency's service offering expansion ·        Stay current with industry trends and innovations ·        Provide strategic recommendations to clients Required Skills ·        Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability ·        Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) ·        Strong attention to detail and quality control ·        Proficiency in project management and timeline tracking ·        Leadership and team collaboration capabilities ·        Financial acumen and budget management ·        Multi-tasking and prioritization skills Qualifications ·        2 years experience in a design/digital agency environment ·        Proven track record of client relationship management ·        Experience with creative and technical projects ·        Strong understanding of digital marketing and design ·        Excellence in English communication We are looking for immediate joiners/ short notice period.
