Salary : Upto 3 LPARole OverviewThis is a client facing account executive/ project manager role ~2 years experience in account management.Lead client relationships and project managementExperience in Design/ Digital Agency is a MUST.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management·        Act as primary point of contact for clients·        Build and maintain strong client relationships·        Guide clients on branding, marketing, and strategic decisions·        Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling·        Ensure client satisfaction and retention Project Management·        Lead projects from kickoff to delivery·        Create and manage project timelines and budgets·        Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media)·        Ensure quality control of all deliverables·        Monitor resource allocation and team productivity Business Development·        Participate in client presentations and pitches·        Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts·        Contribute to agency's service offering expansion·        Stay current with industry trends and innovations·        Provide strategic recommendations to clientsRequired Skills·        Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability·        Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)·        Strong attention to detail and quality control·        Proficiency in project management and timeline tracking·        Leadership and team collaboration capabilities·        Financial acumen and budget management·        Multi-tasking and prioritization skillsQualifications·        2 years experience in a design/digital agency environment·        Proven track record of client relationship management·        Experience with creative and technical projects·        Strong understanding of digital marketing and design·        Excellence in English communicationWe are looking for immediate joiners/ short notice period.
