Role Description


Looking for a full-time Sales Marketing Manager to join our team You'll be in charge of handling day-to-day sales and marketing tasks, focusing on setting up offline distribution channels among big and small retailers across India. Your main goal is to increase our brand visibility and sales through these offline channels. This role involves finding and building good relations with store owners, understanding the correct market fit for Bare Wear products, developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, conducting research, and spotting new business opportunities. You'll work closely with different teams to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications

  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of offline distribution channels and retail operations in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with store owners and retailers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to visit stores and attend industry events as required.
  • Passion for the fashion industry and a genuine interest in promoting body positivity and confidence among women.
