  • Promote and market PEB, steel structure fabrication, and industrial construction services to potential clients (industrialists, consultants, architects, contractors, etc.).
  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and follow up on enquiries and proposals.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, technical brochures, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to provide clients with accurate project estimates, proposals, and drawings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely reporting of activities to management.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade fairs to represent the company and generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Educational: Any Graduate or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Experience: 12 to 15 years in a relevant field.
  • Desirable: Proven track record in marketing and business development with PEB companies in South India.
