Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and increasing customer engagement. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving measurable growth across various digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.

Content Marketing

  • Collaborate with content teams to create compelling and engaging content across all digital channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user experience to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.

SEO & SEM

  • Execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and landing page optimization.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee the creation and scheduling of content for all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience insights to refine strategies.
  • Drive growth through paid and organic social media campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to monitor campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and suggest data-driven strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior marketing team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing software.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary : Best in Industry
