Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance and Bancassurance to manage our product line. This role involves overseeing product development, supporting presales processes, and creating effective GTM strategies to enhance market presence and product success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, management, and continuous improvement of insurance products.
  • Provide presales support by offering in-depth product knowledge and assisting with technical queries.
  • Design and execute GTM strategies to drive product adoption and align with market demands.
  • Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to guide product evolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as compliance, IT, and operations to ensure smooth product delivery and adherence to regulations.


Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in insurance product management.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in presales support and GTM strategy development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
