Job Title: Technical Sales Professional
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • To develop and execute strategies for growing sales and distribution of current and new products in existing and new markets, contributing to the organization's profitability.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Conduct trials for established products and provide feedback to Product Management.
  • Maintain exceptional business relationships through upgraded products, excellent service, and customer relationships.
  • Promote customer initiatives and technical engagement with select accounts.
  • Manage complaints and feedback from end to end, including root cause analysis, recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Provide training to dealers and dealer engineers on product safety and technical seminars.
  • Gather market intelligence on competition activity, market mapping, and pricing.
  • Oversee receivables management, ensuring collections comply with credit policy.
  • Develop sales plans, forecasting demand, and managing inventory.
  • Implement timely price increases and manage discounts.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including competition law, India Code of Conduct, SG Principles, EHS guidelines, and statutory regulations.
Qualifications:
  • B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Technical Sales for Industrial consumables.
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial products sales.
  • Experience in technical sales of Cutting tools, Abrasives, or similar products.
