COS Internship role :

CTC : 25k for initial 4 months then a PPO based on performance

Position Overview :We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff Intern. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational leadership. The Chief of Staff Intern will work directly with senior executives, assisting in streamlining operations, managing special projects, and driving initiatives that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support:

Assist in developing, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives.Research industry trends and competitors to provide actionable insights.Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings.Operational Efficiency:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.Identify and propose solutions for operational challenges.Project Management:

Support the planning and execution of high-priority projects.Track project milestones, budgets, and outcomes.Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders.Communication and Coordination:

Facilitate effective communication between the leadership team and other departments.Draft emails, memos, and reports on behalf of executives.Organize and schedule meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up materials.Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.Maintain and organize critical documents and files.Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

Qualifications and Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
